Welcome! The fact that you are here means that you are ready to step into your soul-inspired life. If you are in need of a more goal-directed approach that keeps you accountable while honoring your pace, coaching can be very effective. I love to help people unearth their passion and move towards their potential. We all have soul desires that often get lost in the responsibilities of daily living. This may leave us feeling like we are going through the motions day in and day out. But it does not have to be that way. We can uncover blocks and shed light on our souls calling.

We consciously create our reality moment by moment so it is important to become aware of what we are creating.  We are either consciously co-creating our reality moment by moment, or our unresolved unconscious debris (thoughts, beliefs, and unresolved emotions) dictates our actions and our future. By releasing the past and living in the moment we can create the future we want.

What is Holistic Coaching? 

Holistic Coaching is unique to each individual depending on needs and goals. Traditional life coaching deals with identifying and setting goals and the attainment of those goals through action. It may be mostly a cognitive experience, which may be perfect for some. Holistic Coaching utilizes the whole Self (body, mind, and spirit) to create a shift in how you are “being” in relationship to yourself, others, the world, and even your vision. In addition to traditional goal discovery and accountability, holistic modalities help you access your deeper desires, visions, and intentions while clearing old beliefs and patterns. I see the holistic process as acknowledging mind, body, and spirit on the path to reclaiming your authentic Self and becoming an integrated warrior on your journey.

How many sessions do I need?

Everyone is different and it depends on what you are working on. It is important to remember that no matter where you are, transformation is possible. It is a process that can take you quickly to trans-formation, or it may take some time. Your level of commitment , readiness for change, and degree of clarity about what you want to achieve will greatly affect your transformational process. You will learn to honor your process and move in integrity with your needs – that may mean full force ahead, or allowing for a slower integration.

Holistic Modalities 

I have training and experience in Hypnosis, Energy Psychology techniques such as Emotional Freedom Technique, Matrix Reimprinting, Reiki, Pranic Healing, Chakra Clearing, Visualization, Expressive arts, and other integrative modalities. Together we will determine which modality is most appropriate at any given time, and only if in alignment with your values. 

Difference Between Therapy and Coaching

One way to determine if coaching is appropriate for you at this time is to ask yourself the following questions:

  • Has this issue caused significant dysfunction in my life?

  • Has this issue severely affected my relationships?

  • Has this issue affected my ability to function at work/home/school?

  • Have I been previously diagnosed with Complex PTSD, Psychosis, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bi-Polar Disorder, Severe Depression with Suicidality, or an other diagnosis that requires ongoing psychiatric and Mental Health treatment?

 

If you answered yes to any of the above, you may want to consider therapy rather than coaching. 

It is my ethical obligation to refer you to a professional mental health provider if after working together I determine that you may be better served with a therapist. *Please note that Coaching is NOT THERAPY. Whether therapy or coaching, emotional safety is a priority.
