DoveSpirit Holistic Psychotherapy
“Step into that person you envision yourself to be.”
Hi, I’m Taalya, I’m here to help you rediscover the life you were meant to live.
I combine traditional therapy with holistic healing to help you move past what’s holding you back, let go of what no longer serves you, and step into the life you truly want. I believe real healing happens when we care for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. To me, you’re so much more than just a diagnosis or a set of symptoms.
Why I Chose This Path
My journey into this work started with a deep desire to help people heal. After studying Sociology, I realized my passion lay in understanding not just what shapes our lives but how we can grow beyond our challenges.I’ve also walked my own path through trauma and anxiety, which gives me a personal connection to the healing process. These experiences have shaped how I show up for my clients—with compassion, understanding, and a commitment to helping you move forward.
My Approach
My training began in Clinical Psychology, but I was always drawn to creativity and spirituality as powerful tools for growth. This led me to pursue a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology, a field that integrates traditional psychology, expressive arts, spirituality, and consciousness studies. Over the years, I’ve also embraced energy psychology modalities like Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Matrix Reimprinting, hypnosis, and Shamanism. These tools allow me to tailor a unique approach for every client I work with.
What Working Together Looks Like
Whether we’re addressing past trauma, navigating anxiety, or simply finding your way back to joy, I’m here to help you feel lighter, more grounded, and more connected to your true self. Together, we’ll create a space for healing, growth, and transformation

Holistic Approach
Holistic therapy views you as more than just a diagnosis or symptoms—it considers your mind, body, emotions, relationships, and environment as interconnected parts of who you are. Understanding all of these layers is key to true healing.

Psychology helps us uncover patterns and behaviors shaped by our past experiences, while holistic approaches expand on this by integrating the wisdom of your body, emotions, and even ancestral influences. This allows us to address not just what’s wrong, but why it’s happening—and how you can transform it.

Through our work, you’ll gain:
-
A deeper understanding of how your thoughts and emotions are connected.
-
Insights into the roots of negative patterns and how to break them.
-
Practical tools to navigate life with greater ease and confidence.

The goal isn’t just to manage pain but to move through it, rediscover your inner strength, and live a more authentic, fulfilling life
